Thanks Sara! I can't believe I never thought of just casting on with the purl color in two-color ribbing!

Thank you so so much! I knit with two hands, with the main color for each row in my right hand. I figured out on my own how to catch the left-hand yarn, but when I needed to catch the right-hand yarn in an awkward spot of the lesser color, I always twisted the yarns behind by hand, stitched a stitch, and then untwisted them after. I never could figure out how to catch the right-hand yarn. It was so frustrating. As soon as I read your wrapping explanation, I grabbed the sweater I'm working on, tried it, and wow! It works! You've made it so much easier for me! Thanks a million!
